This is really a TGF post, but I’m writing it. It was his idea to get the calamari, his idea to fry it up and he even took all the pictures while he cooked (and I read a book). So he really deserves all the credit for the “cooking” part as where I get the “lazy” part.
We found some breaded calamari on sale at the grocery store and new it was time to find where we still had the fryer packed away.
They were ok. We ate them all, don’t get me wrong. However, they were pretty chewy. The last batch he did, TGF fried them a little longer and they were definitely better.
