Lettuce Chicken Wraps

open package; put in microwave; heat; eat

This is a super easy and lazy meal that I love to make. You can add whatever you want to this “recipe” (it’s so easy, I feel like calling it a recipe is lying or something), but here’s what I used:

• A rotisserie chicken from the grocery store
• Lettuce (you will need whole leafs)
• Zesty Italian dressing (this is my preference)

Step 1: Get your chicken.

Step 2: Get all the meat off the chicken. I pull of the legs and wings and put aside instead of getting the meat off of them; just because I'll eat them as they are with a salad or something as a different meal later in the week.

Step 3: Wash and prep your lettuce. I tear off the thick bases because they make it hard to roll up.

Step 4: Place some chicken on one piece of lettuce, drissle on some dressing, roll up. That's it.

Then you eat. Enjoy!

  1. Cheap and easy. Cool Safeway has $5 chicken fridays sometimes too. Thanks great idea. My sis had plastic surgery. She seems to have problems with the results with allergies. What gives I wonder?
