This was another attempt at a recipe from A Year of Slow Cooking. Again, I’m not going to post the recipe here (I’m lazy, so I will only post recipes that aren’t already typed up and on the web); but here’s how it turned out for me:
They were ok. The sauce was WAY too tart so I had to add some Splenda to it. Then it was good. Overall though, it was pretty flavorless. I’d recommend adding more seasonings to the meat. However that didn’t stop my mom and I from eating it all. Heh.
