In true Lazy Cooking fashion, here is something that I can eat as a meal. Something I have eaten as a meal.
GARLIC. BREAD.
In this photo, I have already eaten half of this loaf. By myself.
I just buy the frozen loaf at the store and stick it in the freezer till just the right moment. The moment when I come home from work and don’t want to cook but want something hot. The moment when I just need to have something buttery, garlicy, and bread…y. The moment when the Gentleman Friend won’t be coming over that night.
I love you, garlic bread.
